HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY

$115. Men Monthly Membership with Testosterone only. 0.5-1cc of Testosterone 200mg. 

$165. Men Monthly Membership with Testosterone & Clomid (or Enclomiphene). No Estrogen Blockers. 

$175. Women Monthly Membership with three hormones (Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone). 

$140 Women Monthly Membership with two hormones (Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone).

$115 Women Monthly Membership with one hormone (Progesterone or Testosterone).

HEALTH/NURSE COACHING

$115. Monthly Membership with 2 sessions per month.  Each additional session is $60.00

MEDICATED WEIGHT LOSS

Part 1: $115/month - For Months 1, 2 & 3. 
Part 2: $310/month - Starting at 1.75mg weekly for Months 4 and 5.
Part 3: $350/month - Starting at 2.5mg weekly for three months.
