How our process works and FAQ's

New Patient CONSULTATION:

First, select a time to meet with provider for your first 1-on-1 virtual appointment with clinician. Then you will receive an email which allows you to create a patient profile and fill out intake forms in our secure online patient portal. This will also grant you access to future lab results, treatment plans, and direct communication with your practitioner.

Initial Patient Consultation Appointment #1

This 30-minute visit will allow for INTAKE and to discuss past history and treatment goals. Then a LAB ORDER with instructions will be provided so that you can get comprehensive labwork at any LABCORP facility. After comprehensive lab work is completed, you will schedule the second consultation follow up visit that will include lab interpretation and discussion of treatment options.

Initial Patient Consultation Appointment #2

At this appointment you will get a deeper understanding of what is contributing to your symptoms, followed by personalized treatment plan options.

Medications will be ordered and shipped directly to you. Guidance and support will be provided as you start feeling the benefits of properly balanced hormones- a feeling every patient truly deserves.

Our New Patient consultation appointment is $150.00. This fee is collected at the end of the first visit.

This two-appointment includes Expanded 1 on 1 meetings with hormone specialist to discuss proper evaluation, understanding, and treatment of TESTOSTERONE & RELATED HORMONES. Appointment #1, Intake and Lab order. Appointment #2, Lab Interpretation & Treatment Plan.

*Our initial patient consultation is a prerequisite to begin our BHRT/TRT treatment programs. We promise this consultation will be more informative than any other clinic provides.  Topics often discussed during consultation include better understanding your blood work, best BHRT/TRT treatment options, potential side effects and how to avoid them, male fertility (TRT), and dispelling myths surrounding testosterone treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

A simple, clear roadmap so you always know what to expect.

1. Do you accept insurance?

Given the time we spend with our patients and the services we provide, we feel it is not in our best interest or yours to accept insurance. When practitioners participate with insurance carriers, they enter into a contract that allows the insurance company to dictate what services will be covered, oftentimes limiting the quality of care that we believe you deserve. Insurance companies and pharmaceutical giants aren’t in the business of making you truly healthy—they’re in the business of managing disease for profit.

Healthy-Eir can provide copies of invoices and lab requisitions as needed. We do not provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10) codes associated for any insurance reimbursement.

We will happily accept HSA/FSA cards.

2. Your Lab Panel

Your care begins with a deep look at your hormones, thyroid, metabolism, and overall health. This ensures we treat the root cause—not your symptoms alone.

Cost of Labwork is NOT included with consultation or visits but can be ordered at a discounted rate through Healthy-Eir and then drawn at any Labcorp location. Patient also has the option to take our lab order to a lab of their choice and attempt to use their insurance coverage for blood draw, BUT there is no guarantee insurance will cover ALL of the labs and costs will be solely up to lab/insurance carrier).
